  1. Does your price include materials?
    Yes, Intelligent provides every student with every thing needed as part of their tution.
     

  2. How many times am I allowed to take each exam during the course?
    Yes, because we are so sure of the quality of our training. If you fail twice in any particular exam.Intelligent will refund you this particular exam tuition fee.
     

  3. What prerequisites should I have before attending a Windows 2000 Bootcamp?
    To be successful in our bootcamps, a prospective student should have at least one year’s experience implementing and administering network operating systems and desktop operating systems, designing a network infrastructure is highly desirable.


     

  4. What if I do not meet the prerequisites?
    If you do not meet the prerequisites we suggest you attend our two week NetPrep Bootcamp. This bootcamp covers A+ and Network+ as well as Windows XP Professional fundamentals.
     

  5. What is the dress code while attending courses at Intelligent?
    You may dress in any manner that makes you comfortable as long as it is not disruptive to other students.
     

  6. What is a typical training day like during a boot camp?
    Training begins at 9:00 am and is scheduled through 8 pm. Lunch break is provided at mid day. Periodic breaks during the day help to keep students alert and give them a chance to revitalize. Evening dinner break is usually at 5:00 pm, and open labs begin at 8:00 pm.


     

  7. What hardware do you provide to students during a bootcamp?
    There is a 1:1 ratio of students to computers during a bootcamp. Our classrooms have Dell Power Edge Servers, Dual Pentium 1GHz with 1GB RAM in each and Flat Panel displays. In fact our students never have to share machines. In the event we have a machine that fails, our spare Dell Power Edge Servers can be set up for use in less than 5 minutes.
     

  8. How long have your trainers been providing technical training?
    Our trainers have more than 6 years experience in the classroom environment on average and more than 11 years experience in the computer industry.
     

  9. What happens if I have to leave the course?
    If you have to leave a bootcamp for any reason, you may schedule to retake or finish any portion of the course during one of our future scheduled sessions at no charge. However, travel will be at your expense.


     

  10. What courseware do you provide with your bootcamps?
    Intelligent instructors have developed courseware and lab guides that extensively cover all exam objectives. Because we have our own courseware, we are able to provide you with an invaluable resource: the Windows XP Professional and Server Resource Kits. The Resource Kits not only help during the bootcamp but are priceless resources for future use once your training is completed.
     

  11. Do you provide training outside of your location?
    YES. Intelligent offers onsite training to clients that have a need to train more than 8 people in one session. We have provided this type of training to several Fortune 500 companies including: El Elmania company ,Fast postal services, and many others.
     

  12. Do you provide training outside Egypt?
    Yes. Intelligent has provided training in Dubai, Holland, Saudi arabia, and many others.


     

  13. How many students has your staff trained?
    Over the last 4 years, our staff has successfully helped to certify more than 4000 MCSE's,1200 CCNA,450 CCNP.
     

  14. How are you able to provide your training in 14 days while other training providers are taking considerably longer?
    . Our trainers carefully eliminate redundant training thus covering the same fundamentals in less time. While we may review certain topics, we do not re-teach an entire topic unless all students need further explanation. Security and group theory are 2 excellent examples. Both topics are conceptually applied in the same manner in Windows XP Professional and Windows 2000 Server so we make better use of our student's valuable time by teaching security and group theory once. By eliminating redundant training, we reduce your time in class and the time you are away from home and work. We understand that time is important to you and to your employer thus our trainers developed a curriculum that is successfully completed in 14 days using 10 hour training sessions.
     

  15. Do you provide testing at your facility?
    Not yet ,but we are in process to be Authorized Testing Center.


     

  16. What is your retake policy for your courses?
    Once you have paid the course fees, you must contact us to request a return to any of our scheduled same course sessions. Depending on classroom space availability, there is no limit to the number of times you may retake a course for which you have paid.

    Yes, lunch and dinner are provided every training day. Snacks and beverages are available, free of charge, throughout the day.
