Cancellation
Policy
Cancellation and full refund will be allowed if written cancellation is received at our centers at least ten business days prior to the course start date. Registrants who do not attend the course or do not cancel more than ten business days in advance are responsible for the full registration fees. You may transfer to a later date within one year from the original course date provided the course fee had been paid in full. Substitutions may be made at any time. If we must cancel a course for any reason, liability is limited to the registration fee only.

If during the first day (for courses lasting more than one day) you are not satisified and wish to withdraw from the course, simply notify the instructor, return all course materials, and receive a 100% refund. All training materials must remain with the instructor at the time of withdrawal. If the student(s) wish having a refresher training for any reason within 1 year, do so free of tuition charge - subject to availability. At Intelligent we are so sure of our training so If you fail twice on any course Intelligent will refund you the fee of that course .
