Course Description
The ISA certification measures a student’s knowledge and skills required to install, configure, administer and troubleshoot
ISA Server 2000. Students will become proficient in installing, configuring and troubleshooting ISA Server; configuring
and troubleshooting server services; configuring, managing and troubleshooting policies and rules; deploying, configuring
and troubleshooting the client computer; and monitoring, managing , and analyzing ISA Server use. Classroom instruction
is intense, 8-10 hours daily, consisting of a combination of lectures, hands-on labs and exam preparation.

- Length of Course is Five (5) days
- The maximum student to instructor ratio is 12:1
- Students will leave as Microsoft Certified Professionals

Prerequisites
A minimum of one year’s experience implementing and administering network operating systems with Microsoft Windows NT
or Windows 2000 is desirable.
